Live MasterClasses

Each month, you’ll join HineKoia and your fellow learners for a nurturing and empowering live MasterClass on Zoom. These sessions are designed to deepen your learning, build confidence, and strengthen your connection to waiata in a supportive community setting.

Every MasterClass includes:

  • Whakawhanaungatanga — time to connect, share, and settle into the space together.

  • A teaching segment led by HineKoia, where you’ll explore vocal technique, pronunciation, waiata practice, and practical tools to grow your confidence.

  • An open Q&A session, giving you the opportunity to ask questions, practise with guidance, and troubleshoot any vocal challenges in a safe and encouraging environment.

These sessions are a highlight of the programme — a place to learn, grow, and be supported by a rōpū walking the same kaupapa. And if you can’t make it live, every MasterClass is recorded so you can revisit the learning anytime.
